OVERVIEW
Carolyn Charest, MBA, MC, R. Psych., is a registered psychologist in British Columbia and Alberta, and the founder of Wellflow, a boutique psychology and executive coaching practice. She coaches clients across North America, supporting women leaders, healthcare executives, and design and engineering professionals who are navigating complexity, high accountability, and growth. Her work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, leadership performance, and organizational systems.
Charest holds a Master of Counselling from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and completed Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach training through the College of Executive Coaching in California. Charest is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources in B.C. and the Yukon, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional in the United States.
Drawing on positive psychology, adult development theory, and evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and solution-focused approaches, she helps clients strengthen emotional regulation, sharpen decision-making, and build sustainable performance. In addition to her clinical work, Charest consults with an international urban design company on organizational strategy and human resource management, offering practical insight into the leadership realities of complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Her teaching reflects this integrated lens: psychologically rigorous, systems-aware, and grounded in real-world leadership complexity. She emphasizes disciplined growth, reflective practice, and applied skill development. Based on the North Shore of Vancouver, Charest values movement, time outdoors, and long trail walks with her golden retriever, experiences that inform her belief that clarity and resilience are cultivated through intentional practice.
