“As a supervising psychologist at Adler Community Health Services in Chicago, my goal is to support the education and training of future mental health professionals through a socially responsible lens. I believe in the power of encouragement, constructive and honest feedback, and reciprocal learning in relationship with trainees. I utilize a developmental and relational approach to supervision and emphasize context, culture and aspects of individual difference to ensure a holistic approach to psychological care.”
Dr. Paszkiewicz has been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 25 years and owns and operates her own private practice specializing in therapy services for children and adolescents in Chicago. Dr. Paszkiewicz provides culturally competent mental health services that address issues such as depression, anxiety, school refusal, ADHD, and trauma.
She works collaboratively with her clients’ families, school teachers, counselors, and medical providers to provide the best treatment possible for her young clients. Dr. Paszkiewicz was Vice President of Academic Affairs for nearly 10 years at Adler University, overseeing a large portfolio of graduate level behavioral health degree programs. Dr. Paszkiewicz has taught graduate-level courses in psychological assessment and therapy services at Adler University over the past 20 years and provides clinical supervision and training to doctoral interns since September of 2022.
