As the principal strategist of the People Compass Group, Wysseier brings 15 years of executive experience providing strategic counsel to governance boards, CEOs, and their executive teams. As a lifelong learner with an M.Sc. in Organizational Development and CPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Prosci designations, her expertise focuses on sound corporate governance and strategic people and culture work. It is a privilege to support students in the classroom, where lived experiences enrich academic learning and bridge the gap between theory and professional practice.
