Phyllis is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding and developing emerging talent. Known for her coaching approach that builds on individual strengths while addressing areas for growth, she has dedicated her career to fostering leadership and advancing student service excellence.
At Adler University, she directs admissions strategy and operations, leading recruitment and engagement initiatives that connect prospective students with their ideal academic pathways. She collaborates with faculty to design and facilitate impactful virtual and on-campus interview experiences, ensuring the selection of best-fit students across Adler’s programs. Passionate about student success, Phyllis is recognized for her ability to create meaningful connections that support both individual and institutional growth.
