CURRENT RESEARCH + OPPORTUNITIES
My current research explores how organizations can foster healthier and more inclusive workplaces by examining workplace wellness, organizational culture, motivation, and the dynamics of workplace bullying. I also study the intersection of leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategic management, focusing on how organizations build resilience and capabilities across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, cleantech, and financial services.
I welcome student involvement in projects related to organizational behaviour, team dynamics, leadership development, workplace wellness, and the application of psychological principles to business strategy. These opportunities allow students to engage in meaningful research that bridges human behaviour and organizational practice.
