Rooted in Adlerian principles, this week emphasizes growth, mastery, and competence — highlighting how curiosity and lifelong learning can build confidence and help counter feelings of inferiority.
Theme: “Wake Up the Mind”

WEEK 2: Reflection & Meaning-Making
This week’s focus for Intellectual Wellness Month is “Think Deeper,” inviting us to slow down and engage in reflection and meaning-making. Grounded in Adlerian theory, this week highlights the importance of subjective perception and lifestyle awareness, emphasizing how understanding our inner world can foster growth, purpose, and more intentional ways of thinking and being.

Goal: Strengthen self-awareness and insight.

From an Adlerian perspective, creativity and play foster social interest and cooperation, reminding us that learning is not only intellectual, it is also relational, collaborative, and deeply human.

Grounded in Adlerian theory, the emphasis is on striving for significance through contribution and social connectedness—recognizing that learning becomes most powerful when it is shared with others.
