Adler University’s Payroll processes employee payment, ensuring they are made correctly and in compliance with state, provincial, and federal laws. In doing so, Payroll manages and maintains employee payment processes, calendars, and systems.
Employees can make changes to their payment information, including direct deposit(s) and tax filing details. Please note, Payroll is not able to advise on personal tax matters; however, this page contains resources that may be beneficial for U.S. and Canadian employees to review when making those decisions.

Pay
Pay information for adjuncts, full- and part-time faculty.
Change or update your direct deposit
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Pay” to expand an additional menu. Then select “Direct Deposit”.
- A page will populate that shows your active accounts.
TO CHANGE ACTIVE ACCOUNTS
- Click hyperlinked account number.
- Follow prompts to make changes.
TO ADD AN ACCOUNT
- See menu navigation on the right side of the screen under “Things I Can Do,” and select Add Direct Deposit
- Follow prompts to add account.
Access your pay stub
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Pay” to expand an additional menu. Then select “Current Pay Statement”.
- A page will populate with your current paycheck.
Review your compensation
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Jobs” to expand an additional menu. Then select “Compensation.
- A page will populate that shows your current compensation.
View your year-to-date pay summary
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Pay” to expand an additional menu.
- Select “YTD Summary”.
- A page will populate that shows your year-to-date summary with an option to view different employment years.
Time Management
For timesheet corrections, contact your supervisor.
Logging your time in UltiPro | Hourly + student employees
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Time Clock Entry”.
- A pop-up will populate that shows your name with the buttons PUNCH and TRANSFER.
- Select PUNCH at the beginning of your shift to begin logging time.
- Repeat these steps at the end of your day to log out.
Review your timesheet
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Time Management” to expand an additional menu.
- A new page will open with your timesheet, showing information for the current pay period.
If it doesn’t, check your browser settings for pop-ups, they need to be enabled.
Taxes
Payroll is not able to advise on personal tax matters. Employees can get tax support and consultations through the Telus Employee Assistance Program.
Change your W-4 | U.S. Employees
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Pay” to expand an additional menu. Then select “Income Tax”.
- A page will populate that shows your active and inactive income tax.
- See menu navigation on the right side of the screen under “Things I Can Do,” and select
Add/Change Withholding Form (W-4) - Select “Add/Change Withholding Form (W-4).”
- Click “Employee Withholding Certificate.”
- Complete the questions and follow the prompts on screen.
View your W-2 or T-4 | Canadian Employees
- Login to UltiPro.
- Click “Myself” in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the screen (desktop). See icon:
- Once selected, a menu will open.
- Click “Pay” to expand an additional menu.
- Select “US Wage & Tax Statements”.
- Click on the hyperlinked year you wish to view.
