OVERVIEW

Minhas is a purpose and values-driven leader with over 18 years of experience working in the non-profit sector. She is a recognized expert in the fields of trauma-informed practice, human trafficking, homelessness, leadership, harm reduction, and mental health and substance use, both locally and internationally.

Through her work, Minhas is committed to transformational and sustainable community impact. She is a sought-after speaker and trainer and has been called upon as a subject-matter expert by all levels of government. Advocacy and social policy are a passion, and she believes that real, sustainable change in our communities is possible and worth it.
