Hannah Elgin, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is dedicated to making Adler a place where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to the University’s mission.
Leading the People and Culture team, she integrates recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and recognition into a cohesive approach that supports long-term organizational growth. This work is guided by a people-first philosophy, where belonging, opportunity, and collaboration are seen not as extras but as essentials for a thriving workplace.
With extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, Elgin has guided initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement across a range of complex environments.
