Cesar is a higher education professional with experience in student support, program coordination, and institutional assessment. He has worked extensively with first-generation and underserved students through roles at the University of Iowa, University of Minnesota, and Adler University. His background includes managing student success initiatives, supervising staff, coordinating basic needs services, and leading data-driven assessment projects. With a dual master’s in Higher Education and Public Affairs, Cesar is committed to advancing equity, access, and student outcomes in higher education.
