OVERVIEW
Dr. Ekeledo is an accomplished business executive, entrepreneur, and educator with more than 20 years of experience in operations, finance, and organizational leadership. She serves as adjunct faculty and dissertation chair for the Ph.D. programs in Organizational Leadership and Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University. As founder and CEO of Impactful Leadership & Management Solutions, Dr. Ekeledo partners with organizations to build leadership capability, design effective business strategies, and foster sustainable growth. Her professional background spans corporate, nonprofit, and academic environments, where she has led transformative initiatives that strengthen people and processes. Passionate about developing purpose-driven leaders, she is committed to empowering scholars and professionals to create meaningful and lasting impact within their organizations and communities.
