OVERVIEW
Dr. Lu is a health care leader and organizational psychologist with over 15 years of experience driving change across clinical, academic, and community systems. She currently serves as Director of Strategic Organizational Change at Providence Health, where she supports large-scale transformation efforts. Dr. Lu’s expertise spans trauma-informed leadership, mental health and substance use systems, and Indigenous health partnerships.
She brings a holistic and equity-focused lens to her work. Her academic contributions include serving as an adjunct faculty member in the health and wellness psychology program and the Industrial and Organizational Psychology programs, and is also developing applied teaching models grounded in psychological well-being. A passionate advocate for social justice and culturally safe care, Dr. Lu integrates research, strategy, and empathy to lead meaningful system-level change.
