She has a proven track record of building strong relationships, engaging stakeholders across multi-campus environments, and leading complex projects and policy initiatives that drive organizational success.
As CFO at Adler University, she oversees the development, monitoring, and reporting of operating and capital budgets. Melody works closely with departmental budget managers to identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth, while ensuring prudent financial planning across all campuses and maintaining operational excellence at Adler.
