Overview

Tuition for Adler University’s Online Campus programs is charged each term according to the number of registered academic credits. The number of credits a student will register for varies by academic program and by term. To determine the amount of tuition and fees that would be charged in a given term, please refer to the table below in conjunction with your academic program’s recommended course sequence. Recommended course sequences are located in the “Academic Affairs” area of Adler Connect. The Online Campus program tuition is listed in USD and must be paid in USD.

How do I pay tuition?

Tuition payments may be mailed, dropped off in-person, or paid online via Adler Connect.

Please make check or money order payable to Adler University and bring it to the Student Services Hub. (Receipts given upon request.)

Electronic Checks from a U.S. bank account and credit card payments are accepted.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are taken; a convenience fee equal to 2.5% of the amount paid applies to credit card payments. Electronic checks, a $3 convenience fee applies. Credit card payments can only be made online and are not accepted in person, over phone, by fax or through the mail.

Why is there a convenience fee to pay online?
As a nonprofit institution, Adler University is committed to controlling operating costs incurred during business transactions. We pay a fee to the vendor who processes credit card payments, and we receive no profit from this fee.

What currency is accepted for the Online Campus program tuition?
The Online Campus program tuition must be paid in USD.

Payment Schedule

Adler University offers a variety of options for student accounts payment, including third-party payment, student loans, and payment plans (eligibility requirements apply).

Students paying out-of-pocket will either be required to pay in full or be set up on a payment plan.  The due date for students paying in full is typically 2 weeks before the start of the term.  Payment Plans consists of 4 installments per term.  With each installment, you are granted an 8-day grace period to make your payment.  Should you exceed the grace period, a 2% late fee will be assessed to the delinquent installment.

Students who have withdrawn from the University, (including those who have taken a leave of absence) or who have dropped individual courses, may receive a tuition refund. Please contact the Office of Student Accounts for questions regarding Online Campus refund policies.
