Dr. Hepp is a counselor educator and clinician with expertise in adolescent mental health, group therapy, and creative therapeutic interventions. Her clinical work has included residential treatment with adolescents and providing care to marginalized communities in rural areas, experiences that continue to inform her teaching and scholarship.
At Adler University, Dr. Hepp serves as an assistant professor of counselling psychology, where she teaches courses in basic counselling skills, group therapy, and professional ethics. She is deeply committed to expanding access to mental health care and preparing future practitioners to deliver effective, compassionate services across diverse communities.
Prior to joining Adler, Dr. Hepp worked as a mental health counselor in the United States and taught courses at the University of Wyoming.
