OVERVIEW
Stephen is a leadership coach, people and culture executive, and instructor, bringing over 20 years of experience in organizational development, conflict resolution, and leadership transformation. His work bridges the fields of positive psychology and workplace practice, with a focus on developing inclusive, high-performing teams and supporting leaders through organizational change. Before Adler, Stephen held senior roles in health care, financial services, and professional services, coaching leaders at all levels.
He is passionate about promoting equity in leadership, fostering cultural competence, and understanding the human side of organizational success. At Adler, he teaches courses in organizational coaching and consulting and supports students in connecting theory to real-world impact. His current interests include the intersection of identity, leadership, and organizational culture.
Stephen is deeply engaged in community service, contributing his time and expertise to organizations such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), QMUNITY, supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and Dress for Success, where he helped individuals prepare for meaningful employment and transformation. These roles reflect his enduring belief in equity, dignity, and the power of belonging as foundations for both personal and professional success.
