Adler University will welcome two visionary leaders to address its 2025 fall commencement ceremonies, celebrating more than 400 graduates advancing community well-being and systems-level change through their professions.
A dedicated member of the Adler community for nearly 20 years and full-time faculty since 2017, Dr. Henning has significantly shaped the University’s academic environment through her trauma-informed approach, student-centered mentorship, and rigorous, reflective pedagogy.
With more than 30 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Ehmann has held leadership roles at 10 institutions across the United States. He has led efforts in strategic planning, academic innovation, accreditation, faculty development, research infrastructure, and inclusive pedagogy — all grounded in student-centered learning and academic excellence.
The decade-long reauthorization — which is twice as long as typically granted — underscores the quality of the University’s Psy.D. program.
