Dr. Fedeles brings a background spanning psychology, education, systems, and leadership, with a focus on human development, intentional growth, and the pursuit of meaningful impact. His teaching and scholarship explore how compassion, reflection, and evolving consciousness shape individuals as persons, professionals, and leaders.
Throughout his career, he has emphasized the worthiness of human pursuits and the importance of co-creating value within communities and organizations. Dr. Fedeles challenges students to discover humanity in each person and to consider the positive impact they can make in complex and dynamic environments.
