Chicago | Training Coordinator | Sport & Human Performance
I am grateful to have found the Sport and Human Performance program at Adler University as it incorporates three components particularly important to me: theoretically grounded education, applied mental skills training, and an emphasis in social justice. It is my mission to incorporate evidence-based practice with cultural sport psychology in order to train and develop culturally competent mental performance practitioners.
My training incorporates both sport psychology as well as motor behavior concepts which allows for a more dynamic area of expertise. Both areas provide students with a more holistic perspective of performance to better serve the athletes and coaches with whom they work. My primary goal is for my students to be engaged, challenge themselves, take risks, and take advantage of as many opportunities as possible during their time at Adler University.
Please email me or call me at 312-662-4375 if you have any questions or would like more information about me.
