Andrea D. Carter is adjunct faculty in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program. As an educator, her teaching philosophy revolves around creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. She firmly believe that fostering a sense of belonging is essential for students and faculty alike to thrive academically, personally, and professionally. Carter’s overarching goal is to cultivate a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected, enabling them to engage fully in their learning journey.
